"Had old fluorescent lights.  This company specializes in replacing those old lights with new LED lighting highlighted by a new, finished, more up to date look along with a crown moulding trim.
These guys KNEW what they were doing.  The job went perfectly and came out great. They had TWO rooms to do (kitchen and pantry) and finished in one day.  Left the house cleaner than it was when they started.  Couldn't be happier with the service and the finished product.  All in all, a wonderful experience.

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. "I worked with Sam as he designed and remodeled our kitchen. He is very professional and skilled and is able to communicate in order to make my vision as a reality. He also brought excellent solutions and ideas to get the maximum money for the space. The remodeling process took close to 2 months but it was very worth it. He guided me through the design, color selections, finished hardware and improvement. His ability to make the cabinet arrangement I wanted on his computer then have it come out even better as it was on the plans is stuning. The remodeling process was performed with extra care and skills and I got flawless cabinetry. The high quality of the cabinets is also beyond my expectations. Cielo Construction is very hands-on and responsive. Our remodeling project was to remodel the kitchen, laundry room and 3 bathrooms and they are all gorgeous."

"There was an unexpected charge for punching a hole in the drywall and installing a five foot copper wire from nearest light switch box to feed to each of the 4 lights. There was a second upcharge to convert from 6 inch to the modern 4 inch diameter LED lights (expected). Unfortunately one of the workers started his work early failing to understand that 4 inch was to be installed, he cut a hole for 6 inch. Now the drywall has to be patched to close the hole. They were punctual, fast & cleaned up. There is more work to do, ie convert existing 6 inch incandescent down lights on the lower two floors, those total to about 15. This work was done on the third level. I would re-hire if these things were addressed."

Eric, the owner of EM Electrical and also a licensed electrician as well as handyman provided excellent customer service and responsiveness to a problem at my tenant's house. He came within a day of when I called him and provided superior work in installing a new ceiling fan for the master bedroom.   The old fan was improperly installed and was not to safety code regulations and Eric provided a way in which the new fan could be installed to code and installed an electrical box in the wall which would provide the needed power for the new fan along installing the wiring along the beam to run the electric from the box to the fan in an attractive and safe manner.
Eric also provided additional value added services by trouble shooting a number of other issues that needed to be addressed such as installing a new thermostat,  trouble shooting the fridge ice maker that was not working and diagnosing the problem and what the solution would be, as well looking at problems with  the operation of the dryer and washer and garage door all for minimal extra cost as primarily value added service.
Eric is very professional and knowledgeable and provides very reasonable rates for quality service.  He will also let you know what needs to be done and if he is not the right person for a particular service he will refer you if desired to other reasonably priced and professional contractors who perform the service.

"After a search to find someone to build a custom cabinet in my new apartment I was fortunate enough to be referred to Build a Dream by Home Advisor. Their designer, Matthew, came to discuss the design and measure the space. He was enthusiastic about the project and made some very good suggestions. Build a Dream got wonderful reviews from previous customers that I contacted and, after the building received the necessary documentation, we went ahead with the project. The finished cabinet is more than I had hoped for -- beautifully done, fits the apartment decor perfectly. The carpenter, Haroot, is a perfectionist. Every line is perfectly vertical; every drawer works smoothly; every shelf is perfectly level. It was an inspiration watching him at work. I am giving tours of my apartment so people can see the beautiful cabinet and they are wowed. The director and building manager of the facility also were impressed by the new cabinet and, Build a Dream is now on the list of approved contractors."
