"After waiting years for solar panels to become more efficient and affordable, i finally settled on Sunlux to set up solar for our newly renovated home after reading reviews and speaking with friends. I must say this decision for solar has been the best investment in my home i have ever made. Sunlux reps took us through the whole process from estimating our generating needs (we have 2 ev cars, 2 A/C units and outdoor entertainment) to mapping out our panels to give us maximum sun exposure, to setting up and registering our panels with the electric company. Garrett, the customer service manager, responded to our questions and calls promptly and kept us informed during the whole process. He introduced us to the app that can monitor our daily, monthly and cumulative generating at the touch of our iPhones 24/7. We are now generating more electricity than we use and this will allow us expand our electricity needs in the future. The monthly cost of our solar loan is significantly less than our previous electrical bill and in several years we will be saving hundreds of dollars monthly. We are very pleased with our purchase and with Sunlux."

Just this month I received an e-mail asking if I could use any additional services to me, in response I asked about the sagging corner and an unrelated technical question. They addressed my question but not my sagging corner. This is the reason I did not give them all 5 stars."

"I 90% like them. They were very good all the way through the process. However, finding after a year of having the panels that I haven't produced enough electricity and the electric company is billing me a large sum of money for the difference. They are looking into it now but I don't know what the outcome is going to be. Other than that, they are a great company. I paid $30,000 for the panels and I get the tax credit this year. I never checked any other companies because I have trees out front on the south side and no other company would even put panels on my roof. This is the only company that told me they had a way of doing it, and they put the panels on the back of my roof, but still facing the south side. Since there is no other company that would do it, I have no comparison for the price. The quality of their work was great. They were all very good to work with. They should not have given me the expectations that they did. They said that their panels would take care of all the electric that I was using so outside I would be able to use my electric heat as well. It would produce enough and it obviously hasn't. They made a mistake on that. For the most part, I think that they didn't have my tree problem so it's a great company."

"This is a 20 year lease to own system. Verengo provided the information for the contract, contacted and coordinated work permits with city and our HOA, installed on time and no hidden costs. Our cost is an annual amount, divided monthly and adjusted to the actual amount of generated power we use. The formula is complicated and bothe Verengo and Sunrun need to work on their presentation information. It is was not completely clear to us that we would have two bills; one from California Edison and as well as Sunrun. Our total bill when averaged over the first couple of years has gone down, but we will not see a true reduction until the lease is off. So essentially should we sell the property, the new owners will save. We are making an investment in the property, as well as using solar to the extent we do. 
We would have rather had a complete system that eliminated the second bill from Edison, this would make it simpler. Of course, Sunrun will say that they will lock in your rate the recharge you for the power generated at a much lower rate than Edison, but they cannot do so for the first two tiers of the bill. Seems like they should wrap their heads around finding away. It is too complicated the way they currently run it.
We are happy with solar and hope doing our part to save the planet in a small way. That said, it could be a much easier process.

I have referred Sal to few of friends and neighbors and they also had excellent service and installation on their solar system. Highly recommended. Also had a new home AC unit placed 6 months ago as well and again very happy with instal and excellent pricing with quality products."
