They poured a new concrete pad, constructed a large pole-structure porch with standing seam metal roof, and installed a new patio french door. Through all this, Aden was very communicative and responsive to all my questions. He is easy to reach by phone. The crew is patient and spend time discussing the customer's options before beginning work. The project was completed on time and within budget. I have experience working with various contractors, and D&L impressed me with their quality of framing. Nothing was done sloppily or rushed. Everything was square, clean cut, and to our specifications. I would trust D&L to do any type of concrete, framing, or metal roofing project you may have. 5/5 stars."

"David was an answer to my prayer. I am an old widow and do not know anything about getting repairs done after we had hail damage. I called another company and spoke with David and he is a natural born business man. I signed with him the same day, which I never do, because I was so impressed with him as a person. The company came out and did the roof. I called the company again recently for some siding work and they didnt seem to be knowledgeable. I asked for David and they said he doesnt work here anymore and started his own company. I called David and put my faith in him and he came out then did my siding. I have a 100 year old house and the work is amazing. It puts my next neighbors to shame. I have more people complimenting me on this house and the work he did. The detail is outstanding. David is a man of his word. He also knew how to talk with the insurance adjuster and is a people person. He is a man that will do whats needed to make things right and ensure your satisfaction. "Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."
