"We had to complete electrical work in garage for a permit to sell a home. I called Joel Kelley and we arranged a date to fix problem and he quoted me for time he thought it would take about $600.00 for the work. The electricians arrived and finished the work sooner than they had quoted and they charged me accordingly at 195.00 instead of the 600.00. They were very prompt and polite and I would definitely use this company again. <br />"

"R&S Automotive have been our mechanics for the last few years. We find them professional and attentive and quite reasonably priced. They never push us to carry out any unnecessary repairs and always provide a fairly accurate estimate of costs before making the repairs. The staff is very professional and polite. They used to be open on Saturdays occasionally, which was very convenient for our family, since we have small children. Hopefully they'll decide to open on Saturdays again soon! <br />"

"I didn't tell them the value of it before I got the estimate. They gave me an estimate and then I told them the value. They were surprised to find that it was worth $15,000-$20,000. It didn't change the price and they repaired it well before schedule and they did a great job. The price was good."

"<p>We had to completely remodel our house, our designer kept changing it all during the working time, so we had to ask Ofir to change locations of outlets, Chandeliers and even the panel itself.</p> <p>Ofir was professional, pleasant, honest, and efficient, he could have charge us twice for that work, but he didn't.</p> <p>I am appreciating his work and I certainly recommend him and his team to any electrical work that you need; By the way,  I used Ofir's company from then until today (for different location) two more times, so I think it says it all.</p> <br />"

FAQs for swimming pool remodeling projects in Twin Peaks, CA

You can modernize your pool by adding features like underwater LED lighting, mosaic tiles, or a beach entry for easy access. Incorporating amenities like fire pits, waterfalls, or installing energy-efficient equipment can also give your pool a contemporary upgrade.

To make your pool more energy-efficient, consider resurfacing it with a lighter color to reduce heating needs and evaporation. Installing a variable-speed pump can significantly lower energy consumption. Switching to low-energy LED lights not only saves power but also enhances ambiance. Additionally, updating old plumbing pipes can improve efficiency and reduce water loss.

A pool remodel typically takes between four and eight weeks to complete. The exact duration depends on factors such as the size of your pool, the complexity of the renovations, and the availability of materials and contractors. Planning ahead and coordinating with a professional pool remodeler can help ensure your project stays on schedule.

Remodeling your pool can be a worthwhile investment, especially if you plan to sell your home. A pool remodel can increase your property's value and enhance its appeal to potential buyers. Upgrades like modern finishes, energy-efficient systems, and added features like lighting or fountains can transform an outdated pool into a backyard oasis.

Resurfacing a pool involves applying a new finish to the existing surface to address cosmetic issues and minor structural concerns. Replastering is a more extensive process that replaces a deeper layer of the pool's structural base, impacting both stability and appearance. After replastering, you can choose from various finishes to enhance the design and longevity of your pool.
