"Roof was leaking, so I called a friend that is in construction and asked for a recommendation. I am living in the lower 48 for a few years, and so was unable to get eyes on the problem..Aand A immediately sent me a clear and easy to understand bid. The cost was more than I expected, but after doing my own independent research, the price was justified and reasonable, because this will most likely be the last roof I will ever have to put on that house. Aand A was apparently very busy, but showed up when they said they would and finished ahead of schedule. I received no complaints from the people I was renting the house to regarding the professionalism or work performed by Aand A. When the job was finished, Aand A sent me LOTS of pics of the completed roof, and gave me suggestions regarding care and preventative maintenance for the new roof. I have not been able to see the new roof personally yet, but I am happy with the response of Aand A, and would not hesitate to do business with them again. <br />"

"Dennis is so easy going and fun to work with. He repaired the bamboo floor from my front door leading into the house. The original install was a mess and it is now perfect. Both the guest bath and the master bath were remodeled. Dennis and his brother Doug did the tile work in both bathrooms. The master bath looks like something out of a magazine. Perfect in every way, his attention to even the smallest detail shows. "The heater they supplied was a good one.  However, they sent an inexperienced repairman to replace the heater.  He slipped and fell through our newly remodeled bathroom.  The company repaired the hole in the wall with the wrong texture and then wrong the  type of grout.  We are going to have ceiling repaired by a company recommended by the my daughter who works for one of the largest builders in the country.  I have cancelled my service with the warrantee company.  I now have to pay an additional $150.00 to have the ceiling refloated and all the wrong grout taken off and replaced with the correct type. <br /> <br /> *In response to service provider response: We hired 1 contractor that they recommended. He came out and said that he did a lot of work for High Tech. He fell through the ceiling that same day. We called High Tech the same day. They wanted my husband to go up in to the ceiling to get a model number. He is 79 years old and could not do that. We then had to contact a different service provider and pay an extra $150.00."

"They missed the first appointment due to illness. This was immediately rescheduled and the work went great. The workers showed up on time and immediately went to work. They performed the work in a timely manner and took extra care when doing the repairs because the roof shingles in the surrounding area were brittle. When they were finished they cleaned the gutters and surrounding deck of any debris and took all the waste material with them. The worker were friendly, polite, and professional. <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

"We haven't decided to go with him. He seemed to be knowledgeable and know his business. He took a lot of time with us. He was very young so I was a little apprehensive at first. We were impressed with him. We liked the way he itemized his bid. It was a little high but we haven't received any other bids for a point of comparison. It took a little bit of time for him to get the bid back but it was obviously thorough. The bid was $15,000. It was about a month later after our meeting before we got the bid."
