Daniel, not only reached out to me but came the same day to look at my ceiling and to give me a free quote. He returned the next day and started working. He completed the job in 2 and half days. The prep was excellent and took almost as long to do the job. He and his worker was very professional and respectful. They cleaned as they completed a step. Their was no debris left in the yard or on my front porch. He explained every step before, during and after he finished. He stressed that if I wasn't satisfied with anything to please let him know.
