Now that the work is done, I can confirm the truth of that claim. Chris regularly contacted me to ask how the project was going and to make sure that I was pleased. He visited my house numerous times to check the quality of his employees' work. One day he made a worker re-sand and repaint a wall because Chris thought the patches weren't perfectly flat. If I had any concerns (e.g., uneven painting), Chris addressed them without hesitation. Also, when Hurricane Irma knocked a tree onto my roof, Chris, to ensure that my claim was fairly handled, met with the insurance representative and pointed out all the possible damage. Plus, when I needed Chris to send a Notice of Completion so that the insurance company would send the balance of the claim, he did so immediately. When I replace the carpet with wood floors and redo the kitchen in the next few years, I will have Norman Restorations do the work."
