"Radu the owner is fabulous to work with. He is straight forward and does an excellent job. He fit me in when he wasn't going to have an opening for two weeks as he was able to juggle his schedule. He did a 100 percent wire upgrade from 100amp to 200amp. He followed up with AEP to make sure they came out to do their part. We did not have to do anything but write a check when he was done. Note that he also installed a transfer switch for our portable generator. The entire job is 100% professional. We hired another crew from HA a few weeks before to do smaller electrical work. "Prompt response to my request for service, great communication...very easy and pleasant to deal with...showed me what needed to be repaired and inspected other things to make sure that they were seemingly all ok. I personally am not a big fan of service fees that are not then absorbed or offset with work that is done, but to be fair as well, it is not uncommon either. I did appreciate the communication and quality of work done, and his knowledge of my hot tub (and just with respect to hot tubs in general) was evident."
