"David (the owner) was very professional. He knocked on my door and spoke with me about some branches he noticed over my roof. I had been thinking about getting the trees trimmed anyway so I let him give me an estimate. I decided to also get a few trees removed that had been bothering me. He suggested trimming the lower branches of a couple other trees. He was very knowledgeable about trees in general and gave me a few options in terms of work and payment.
At first I was hesitant to work with him as he looked fairly young. He said he has been doing this for about 10 years and just recently started his own company. Based on his knowledge of the profession and the quality of work done I'd say that seems accurate.
He showed up when he said he would and did a wonderful job. Overall I was very happy with the work.

"Two days ago during a storm, a huge pine tree fell on our shed and blocked our driveway. i called New England Tree Masters right away because I had used their service before and were very happy with them. Once again, they didn't disappoint me. They offered the most reasonable price, almost 1/3 of what the other tree service had offered me. They also did a terrific job removing the tree. They arrived on time, cleaned everything. Throughout the process, they were professional, respectful and friendly. They even trimmed one tree that was also damaged during a storm for free. "Tree Tech was great! They did exactly what I asked them to do and they left our yard looking better then when they started (they cleaned up all the debris AND they cleaned our gutters). We worked with Dan and two other guys. Dan could not have been nicer and more responsive to my requests. I didn't get any other quotes, so I can't compare the valye, but it seemed fair.
