When asked about the charges for the repair David Robertson responded that there would be no charge. He indicated that the leak had occurred in an area that he had previously fixed. Since he has been taking care of our irrigation system since we moved here in 2013, it could be true that he might have done similar repair in the past, but I did not recall it. I also don't remember any warranty promised or expressed by David for any of his work. The loyalty to this customer and integrity shown here speaks for itself. "They do not treat lawns. They are a complete rip off. Rep explained that they only treat grass - not weeds. They applied treatment to increase weed growth without addressing the weeds. They target naive homeowner's with false promises only to create more problems. What's the purpose of lawn treatment to increase weed growth? Very unethical. "

We were never told that we were late to enter their schedule and that would limit their ability to treat our lawn for it's specific needs. Seriously, what lawn treatment company can't get rid of crabgrass in a 4 month period of time (according to Google it should take 4-6 weeks to get rid of or show improvement after treating for crabgrass)?!?! Furthermore what company completely ignores the specific issue a lawn has and just follows the "program". I have actually been told at a most recent visit from an AllTurf rep that I need to re-sod my entire lawn.
