The communication was very responsive and thorough, as I had a lot of questions on the estimate, insurance options, roof materials, and the whole process. I walked around the roof after, and found the roof, flashing, and overall work to be quite impressive. Little things like covering all exposed nail heads with silicone was nice to see. Also, the work crews cleaned up my yard better than expected. Heartland was very responsive when I showed them some slight damage to my front porch rail, from wind knocking over the roofing crews ladder, and they sent a repair guy who fixed it. "I had new gutters/down spouts/leaf blaster installed on the back and the side of house. Sean is a seasoned pro who does excellent work. He rerouted the new down spouts on the house to get the best flow of water. The wind had pulled the facia board/old gutters out on back corner of house. Sean used wood screws and secured the board back onto the house. He did a great job. I highly recommend this company for gutters or roofing. Wyndhill installed a new roof on our previous home and again did a great job. They take great pride in their work. You will not be disappointed."

"Done Right did a great job repairing my roof. I had five roofers who repair tile roofs come to give me estimates. Done Right was the only one who said they knew where the leak was. Everyone else was â Well once we start tearing it apart, then weâ ll know.â Done Right was prompt from the estimate to the repair. They were also very reasonable. I have a steep (12 over 12), light-weight, concrete tile roof that is no longer manufactured. I had one company give me an estimate and then back out of doing the work. Another looked at the work and wouldnâ t give me an estimate. Some roofers seem to send out more of a salesman than a roofer. I liked the people, the price, and above all, getting my roof fixed."
