After the part was installed, the AC still didn’t work. He then said the issue was due to low R22 refrigerant, but also told us that they no longer carry R22 because it's outdated. His solution? Replace the entire unit — at a cost of over $7,000. We end up find someone else to fix the AC. Unfortunately, the $700+ we already paid Randazzo was completely wasted. This experience felt like upselling and misdiagnosis, and we would not recommend this company to anyone looking for honest or competent service."

Set up appt for that day, they called back within 2 hours to confirm that their tech Jeremy was on his way. Professional, prompt response, courteous, and took the time to explain the sump system and preventative measures we should take in the future. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND and will use them again with no hesitation."
