"Our entire experience with the Rockland Fence team was FANTASTIC! We were able to schedule an initial consultation and project estimate with salesperson Matt, who came out promptly at the scheduled date and time, and was efficient with measurements, fence details, and returning our quote. He was EXTREMELY courteous, professional, and super informative with answering our many questions during the consultation! The price and completion timeline we received for our project was the best of a total of 4, and we felt so comfortable with Matt and confident in his knowledge and the information he provided during the consultation that we made the decision to choose Rockland Fence for our project. When we got in touch with Matt, he quickly helped us with necessary paperwork and put us on the schedule right away. The installation team was ready to begin our fence considerably earlier than initially scheduled (which was awesome for us!) and they were absolutely WONDERFUL! Once they arrived they walked with us around the yard to ensure that their plans and information was correct (we had some last minute modifications to the original plan, and they were able to adjust, no problem). They then got to work immediately to remove the old fence and install the new one. They were not only a few weeks ahead of schedule for our fence, but they worked VERY hard through a heat wave to have our fence completed in record time! They had the best possible attitudes of any crew I have ever worked with! They were EXTREMELY nice, happy, and courteous throughout the entire installation process despite the grueling heat (they were always quick to say "hi" and smile and wave whenever they saw me - and were SUPER appreciative of some simple drinks we provided to help them deal with the heat). They were incredibly professional with unparalleled efficiency and managed to complete our fence in less than 2 days! (I wish we could have hired them for more than our fence!) Our fence came out absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and even better than what we hoped for, and we could not be more happy with the final outcome! Shortly after the installation team departed, we received quick follow up contact from Matt to ensure that we were pleased with the final project and installation (which we most definitely were), and letting us know to get in touch right away with any possible issues or future changes. The entire process with the Rockland Fence team was unbelievably easy and wonderful, and we truly feel that we made the very best decision to choose them for our fence project. "OUTSTANDING!!!!! Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional!! The men they sent to do the actual install were clearly hard working and competent. With the exception of a brief lunch break, these guys worked non-stop........and this was a 3 day job!! There was no fooling around, talking on cell phones, etc. And the finished product was far superior to what had been installed 20 years ago by a different fence company. "These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would! "Eli and crew did a phenomenal job! We have been trying to repair 4 sections of 6 foot privacy fence since March. We could not get anybody to commit so my wife suggested to try Angi! Personally have had bad dealings with people selected on Previous work using this app so I was reluctant at best. I got 3 quotes and an immediate response from Eli with a tentative date and pricing. We later confirmed and Eli was spot on. He showed up on time did the work required meticulously. He was very professional / down to earth and great to work with. They completed job cleaned up the area but left some temp barrier behind but not a big deal was easy to get rid of. Waiting on one post cap that we found cracked only after work was started. "This was the third major construction project that Glenn Grover and the team at North American Building completed for me over the last 10 years.  Glenn came right over to help me understand the process of working with the insurenace company and helped me limit the damage when the flooding began from the Ice Dam.  The water damaged impacted half of the first floor of my house and required replacing the entire ceiling in the living room and kitchen.  It also required replacing the plastered walls along the back of the house and replacing the insulation and mouldings.  There are two things that I have to note, first is that Glenn answers the phone and always follows up. He is always on time and never missed an appontment.  It may sound like simple things but nobody I have worked with is as responsive and professional as Glenn and his team.  Since they were repairing a home that they had renovate 5 years earlier it was all fixed and you could not tell that there had ever been damage. All work was done on time and on budget with no surprises.  
Prior Projects include:

There was also a 2nd floor addion to my home completed by North American Building.  This included removing the roof from 50% of the house and building a Master Bedroom Suite.  They completed the exterior to totally match the design and trim so that it looks like the original home and not a house that has been added to.  One very important note is that Glenn is a great designer and worked with us to create the plans and engineered some very creative soluitions to ensure open space using high tech materials to handle load on the second floor.  He also created the plans for the building inspector elimimnating the need and cost for and architect.  All work was completed on time and within budget.

2. They completed an a additon to a stand alone garage.  This included adding a 2 story third bay to the garage.  Glenn also used high tech materials to put the garage door on the side of the building and ensured our ability to use the second floor as a home office. All work was done on time and within budget.
I highly recommend North American Building and Glenn Grover for any construction or renovation project, large or small. In the 30 years that I have been a homeowner no other contractor has ever come close to the quality, cost or professionalism.
