David and his team not only repaired the faulty system, they replaced worn out sprinkler heads and valves, moved some to new locations for better coverage and added additional sprinkler heads where needed. They found a repair made by another company that was completely wrong and they corrected it. They used quality parts and even provided some sprinkler heads I was unaware even existed. In the end, the additional work obviously cost more, but the result, a fully working sprinkler system (all 4 zones) was very nice. David also provided a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. During the winter I had an invisible fence installed and it turns out that the irrigation system was installed improperly by the original builder - when Perez came out to start up my system, the pipes had been damaged in 10 locations causing leaks from burying the cable. Perez did an amazing job doing all the repairs, replacing 2 sprinkler heads and getting the system up and going for an extremely reasonable price and got my system up and going.
