"The cleaner arrived nearly 2 hours late and brought visibly dirty equipment into my home. They also did not remove their shoes and failed to complete several basic cleaning tasks, including the microwave and oven. I was also given incorrect payment instructions, which added unnecessary confusion. After the visit, I noticed bugs in my home that I had never seen before, despite having bi-weekly pest control. While I can?t confirm the source, the timing is concerning. Bridget, the owner, has been pleasant to interact with, but the quality of the service I received does not reflect that. Based on this experience, I can't say I use this service again."

"The pro was prompt for agreed time. Very professional. I was expecting to have my floors cleaned and shined. The pro did an great job cleaning the ceramic tile just no shine. The other floors were swept and mopped. Furniture wasn't moved. Floors dull, no shine."

I was working in a few virtual meetings while they were here, but they continued to check on me and advising on when I could move to other parts of the house to complete the meetings and so that they could finish their process.
