Though his estimate was a bit higher than others we got, he suggested some additional safeguards and offered a longer warranty, which is why we hired him. The two workers who did the work were timely and professional and shared numerous photos of the work in progress. We won't know about the quality of the work until we have a big rain but so far so good."

"When we woke up this morning, the furnace wouldn't come on.  We called Bob Ondrey of Advanced Air-Heating & Cooling.  He was on another job, but responded quickly and came to our house the same day.  The problem was the ignitor.  We have had him before and will call him again whenever we have heating or cooling issues.  We have been totally satisfied every time we have had him. "The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
