They made sure that my wife and I were informed of each step of the project and showed up early and at the promised time. They cleaned up after each day and made sure to communicate with us each day. We take a different approach to things and like our customers to have comfort, confidence and piece of mind. So unlike other contractors we don't typically ask for 50% upfront. We typically bill in 1/3's. Some jobs will require all material be paid upfront with 1/3 of the labor. So 1/3 upfront, with 1/3 paid in the middle, and the final 1/3 at the completion of the work. For complete remodels, renovations, basement finishes, and new construction we offer a free air duct cleaning when we are done with the job. This is not just our way of saying thanks, but also for health reasons for our customers.
