"The initial person that did the diagnostic was very friendly and came up with a solution which the owner contracted him to do but the second group that came was different group and that was wrong it should have been the same person plus an assistant to do the job because there was a miscommunication from the owner with his employees on how to get the job accomplished. At the end I paid $175 plus I gave each guy $20 so that’s $40 to do the primary job of fixing the light electrical or fixing the electricity in the garage and they didn’t do it. The people came in the afternoon even though we agreed that it would be in the morning. The owner’s organization was not very efficient. The employees were friendly, but the owner was disorganized. The owner insisted for us to pay in cash."
