"Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. "Gary is incredible - very detail oriented, careful, and really listens to the customer to be sure that the work is done well and within budget. The issue I called him for was a few pieces of siding on our house were bowing outward. We got two other estimates - one very low and the other using scare tactics to try to get me to redo the siding on the whole house. Gary was honest in that the existing siding was generally in good shape and did not need to be replaced, but the cheaper estimate I received would not solve the problem because, due to where the problematic piece of siding was located, the scope of that work would not fully address the issue. He was able to carefully take off the existing siding from the roof down to the troubled spot and diagnose the problem (the nails used to hold the siding in weren’t long enough so the siding was only nailed into insulation, not wood). He had to replace some wood and use some new siding after tossing some warped pieces but other than that the job went off without a hitch. He had previously done work on my gutters and roof so this is the third job I’ve hired him for and, should I need anymore exterior work done in the future, he will always be my first call."
