His customer service is a throwback to the old days where contractors actually care and listen to their customers with positive attitudes. You don't see that often these days as its frequently my way or the highway but Nick is an exception I asked a lot of questions as he cleaned and stained my deck and not only did he not get offended that i asked the questions, he encouraged me too. "This was our first experience using AllBrite's house washing service and we were very pleased. The sales manager did the assessment and proposal the same week I called in to schedule a quote. The Service team also made it out in the same week. While this turnaround may not be the norm during peak seasons it was still amazing to see the speed of service even in the fall. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The Service team took special care around all of our plants and the house itself. We had the full house done along with a full pressure washing of the chimney so that we could have the brick treated / sealed by another company later. The house looks excellent and we will definitely be using them again in the future as the need arises. We also had Sparkle Brite applied and we are looking forward to seeing how it works over the next couple of years. Our house is located among many large oak trees which create the perfect conditions for mold and mildew."
