"Bought a 1928 house, and the electricals needed to be upgraded to 2022 load level. The work involved upgrading panels, conduits, wiring inside and outside the house. Adding circuit breakers and load balancing. Nery and his team really deserve a shout-out for their promptness and clean work. They guarantee their work, are licensed and a delight to work with(very respectful). Nery and the team advised me on the best approach to everything electrical and then some. Lastly on prices, Nery provided the best quote I got and broke down the job by priority, which made things even more affordable. The supervisor assured me that my experience was not their normal practice and that they normally made sure to call if there was a change of plans. I felt that they were earnest in trying to make things right, so I agreed to give them another chance. I ultimately decided to select them for my project to replace sub panel and install outlets. The crew was excellent and professional. They showed up on time, were professional and friendly, took extra care to ensure work spaces were left clean. Their workmanship was excellent and they did a great job of cleaning up some messy electrical wiring that had been there before. As an electrical engineer, I also appreciated the crews knowledge of code and ability to explain the technical side of the installation. I would use them again."

"Bay Easy Construction headed by Ofer Gabay were able to change my stove from an old electric one piece range with a dead microwave to a new gas stove and wall mounted microwave. The installation of the gas line from the meter to my kitchen was very fast and clean, Pablo and his assistant were friendly professional and competent. I also had some tile work done and some electrical sockets upgraded, Edgar was hard working, and very helpful. He made some excellent suggestions. Ofer oversaw the workers and coordinated it all .
