When it was time to re-roof, I came across Clear View. Communication was excellent. There was not a single time someone didnt answer my call or call me back ASAP to answer any questions I may have had. Their price was right in line with the other estimates I had received, so it really came down to who can provide me with the most trustworthy work. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price.
