Hiring Bellagio Granite and Quartz for our remodel was a huge mistake. We needed floors, countertops, and shower tile done by May 18, 2025, for our move-in, but it was a disaster. After hours, we found my husband?s tools missing and beer cans everywhere?one made into a smoking pipe. We told Francisco, the manager, who shrugged it off. Tools were returned, but it set a bad tone. The shower was a mess: they mismeasured the wall, leaving a gap they hid with a flimsy tile strip. We found they used caulk, not thin-set mortar, which is wrong and risky. Their second try cracked a tile by cutting it dry (should be wet) and they asked if we?d use it. No way! By May 18, no shower. I had to babysit their third try?they skipped waterproofing and surface prep. I translated via phone to make them fix it. Done May 21, they demanded $500 extra on top of $12,000. We refused. Work was okay only because I watched them. Despite some good reviews, Bellagio was sloppy and unprofessional. Avoid them."

Overall, the project took about 14 months from when we found them due to permits taking a few months. it's hard living in a construction zone but the team went above and beyond to minimize the impact it had on our lives. They have a great team that is very attentive and responsive. Some of my parts are on back order and the team will be back to install the missing lights and shelves we bought as finishes. It’s only normal for unexpected issues to come up during construction, and what was also great is how communicative Eitan and his team were with me. They would quickly let me know what the issue was, explain what my options were, the cost for each, and what those options would mean in the long run.
