Professional: replied immediately (within 10 minutes, if that) as soon as I posted the request on this app. He came on time exactly when he said he would come, within the same day we spoke, to take the measurements and photos of the area to be worked on. 2. He came with photos of his previous projects/work. 3. Communication! He was in constant contact when checking on the status of the job, which includes doing the actual welding of the iron rail 4. Craftmanship! There were no weird grooves or dents in the rail and the paint was of high quality, no chipping, etc. The railing was a piece of art, flawless. 5. Timeliness - He came to install the rail at the exact date & time he promised and was out of there quickly. 6. Clean up - He cleaned up, did not leave any messes behind. 7. Creig has provided services for us for years.  Whatever needs doing on a house, he can and does do.  He is a skilled electrician, plumber, contractor, etc.  He has fixed garage doors, installed new garage door openers, installed lighting indoors and outside, fixed sliding glass doors, fixed plumbing leaks, etc. He comes immediately in case of an emergency to do emergency repairs.  He is always very professional, extremely skilled and a real gem. He cleans up thoroughly before leaving. I can't praise him highly enough.  He is honest and will tell you truthfully what can/should be done or what can wait. His charges are very reasonable. His work is excellent in every respect.

"He was hard to get a hold of. I was trying to get a faucet in before I left for a trip so I was getting aggravated. He did a good job, he was very nice, and I was comfortable with having him in my house. I just don?t think he is very organized and it is too hard to get into contact with him. He didn?t charge me an installation fee because it was so much of a hassle to get him in. That was nice and I appreciate him doing that but time is important too. I will probably try someone else next time."

"Feliciano did an outstanding job on our home improvement projects! I could not be more pleased!! Feliciano is not only a credit to his profession, he is an extremely humble and professional individual. He carefully listens and assesses your request(s) and offers sound recommendations and input. For example, the steps on our staircase were very badly worn and the wrought iron railing was extremely faded. Feliciano sanded, and stained the stairs with a beautiful finish! And … sanded, repainted the black wrought iron railing! And … installed a wooden black hand rail on the opposite wall! I am beyond thrilled with the final results! Installation of the vinyl flooring in the main living area, kitchen and 1/2 bathroom was a challenge due to uneven foundations. Feliciano was able to use some leveling compound to correct this problem. Our floors look wonderful! He and his team were on time, hard working, accommodating, respectful of our family, our schedules, our home and property and always cleaned up before leaving for the day.
