He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "There was a company through Angie’s List that I got a package deal, they would do some patch work on roof. Very good experience. I had a problem in one spot and they patched it up for me. I’ve not had a problem with that at all, that section of the roof. Price was good, the package deal was to cover a 10x10 spot and that was basically what I needed, it worked out well. Very good quality. The only problem I had with them was the fellow I did deal with, his office had to get back to me. I always needed to call him, it happened 2 or 3 times and then he would make the call and they would respond. Other than that they were spot on, very good."
