"After calling several roofing companies for pricing and availability, I scheduled a roof maintenance service with Southern Strong because they offered the best price AND could accommodate my schedule. The very next day, Wade arrived promptly, inspected my roof, and then showed me photos as he explained the situation: the flashing around the exhaust fan (as well as other places) was not properly sealed, and there were several exposed nails and penetrations. After he caulked the exposed nails and re-secured the headwall flashing, he showed me photos of the completed work. He said that if that these repairs didn't solve the problem, he would recommend replacing the flashing and the affected shingles. It is now seven months later, and I haven't had a single problem with the roof since then. "We had 1 issue after installation and they came out right away & fixed it. Great attitudes and were on time as scheduled. Very professional crew. We had just remodeled the basement for 1100 sq ft living space to be added to the home, so I didn’t expect the basement to be such a mess afterwards, so would recommend them emphasize that the client will be cleaning all that up after the install. Very messy after the foundation was dug up around the whole inside perimeter. We still haven’t had the money to replace the new flooring that was pulled up. I should have paid more attention to the contract. That’s on me, not them."
