"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"Tim and his crew showed up a few days after we agreed to the job and worked until nearly dark each day. They always cleaned up the driveway and surounding walkways each evening before leaving. We had not a single flat tire on the cars from nails or staples, which testifies to their detail in keeping things clean. The job took about 3 or 4 days inbetween inclement weather. Tim, the owner, actually worked on the roof also and each day when I'd come home from work, he would stop, climb down the ladder and come over to me and talk to me about the day's progress. Very helpful. I thoroughly checked the entire job when they finished and each and every thing we agreed on had been done. Overall a painless experience.
