I have been in the construction industry for over 10 yrs, I grew up Amish and looking to make some side income and I’m very willing to do whatever I can to satisfy anybody’s needs whether it is doing the repair or job that is needed or referring you to somebody that will do an exceptional job. "Rick came out to my house soon after my initial call to give me an estimate on the windows. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He brought an example of the windows and a heat lamp which demonstrated the difference between how much heat was escaping out of my current windows and how little would escape out of my new windows. He also had copies of their Angie's List awards and some other interesting info about windows and energy loss. I really appreciated all of the extra information and the demonstration. 
I did not schedule the work for a few months after the estimate. Rick followed up with me during that time. 
When I called to schedule they squeezed me in right away as I waited until right before winter!
I was not there when they came to install the windows but my roommate was. She said they showed up on time and she had no issues with the guy doing the installation. He cleaned up after himself and finished the job in the time estimated.
When I got home and inspected the windows I had a few minor concerns. I emailed Rick the next day and received a call from the owner, George, later that day. He came out to my house later that evening and scheduled a time that was convenient for me to fix my issues. George and Ray came out on a Saturday afternoon to do a few small repairs and I was very satisfied. 
In the end I give them an A+!
I was only able to replace 4 of my windows at that time due to financial constraints but will have Northcoast replace the remaining windows when I can.
I also have Northcoast do my attic insulation. After my initial meeting with Rick, Ray came out to give me an estimate on the insulation. He was able to accommodate my schedule, was friendly, and professional. He promptly sent me a detailed explanation of the insulation process and the estimate. I was able to schedule this quickly and to accommodate my schedule.  I was happy with the crew that did the work. They were friendly, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. 
I had enrolled in the Dominion energy program and will receive a rebate on the insulation work. Ray submitted the paper work to them and now all I need to do is have Dominion come out and verify the added insulation. 
I give them an A+ for this too!
