"I ordered a storm door from Menards.  They gave me a list of installers.  Afer reviewing the installers on Angie's List, I contacted Brad to get a quote.  He was very nice and easy to talk to.  He offered to pick up the door from Menards, which was a relief for me because I didn't know how I was going to get it home. He told me to call him when the door arrives and we'll schedule the installation.
I called Brad as soon as Menards contacted me to let me know the door had arrived.  We scheduled the installation - he was at my house installing the door within two days.  The quick turnaround time was a nice surprise.
It was obvious that he has done this before.  He removed the old door and installed the new door like it was second nature to him.  He gave me information and tips about the door itself, which I found enlightening.  And to top it all off, he took the old door away - again, one less worry for me.
