The oil burner was disconnected first and carried out to their truck with precision. the old oil burner was a monster of a machine and the new weil maclain gas model paled in comparison, but works outstanding. the only blemish that i saw was when they sprung a leak in one of the cold water supply lines and had to utilize the main shutoff valve. otherwise, Between the sales associate(Paul Bistline), the main office, and the install team, this company does everything right from start to finish. i highly recommend them to everyone that's looking for a reputable company with lots of experience and a knowledgeable staff. The punctuality when they are early they are on time and when they are on time they are late. They always come about 5- 10 minutes early so they're always on time. They are very professional. When I call up the office to the people who get here. They always call the day before and then they call like an hour before to tell me they're on their way. They are good about that. Everyone I've spoken to seems to be knowledgeable in their field. Everyone seems to have good experience and if they get a challenge they seem to know who to call to get answers. It flows very smoothly. It is a good company."
