"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"The repair guy came within the estimated time and resolved my water heater issue, no charge."

"They promptly answered my request to repair my water heater. During the conversation, I asked about a tankless system. Mr. Leon explained the advantages and I purchased the tankless system. It was installed the next day and I am very happy with it."

"They came out on a Sunday to assess a water leak. They diagnosed the problem and returned on Monday to fix everything. Highly recommended."

"Very professional. Prompt. Tankless water heater has been working fine ever since. Hired another plumbing company before calling G M C. They were half the price. But did not solve the problem. David with G M C diagnosed the problem. Completed the work. No problems ever since. Thank you Angi, thank you David and G M C Plumbing."

"Victor from L.A. Plumbing Pros came out Jan. 28 to start my water heater. He was here within a half hour of his call. He gave me a ball park price over the phone for doing the job but told me when he got here he did not realize I was within a couple of blocks of the Altadena fire. He said there is no charge. He was very gracious and kind and I am so grateful to him. He got the water heater to work in just a couple of minutes. Thanks again Victor."

"If you own a home you need a good electrician, good HVAC person and a good plumber. I found my plumber. Juan and his crew are now my listed plumbers. They replaced my water heater. Price was in line with others. The job was done professionally from the bid to the clean up. I have a home warranty company that I couldn't count on. I paid more to go outside my network. The extra money was well worth it. Thanks Juan and crew."

"We requested service on Friday afternoon, and were called promptly by Arthur. We made plans for him to do the work the next dayâ ¦on Saturday. He showed up at the scheduled time and had the job finished within an hour. I will call him any time I have a plumbing issue in the future."

"The team of this company which included Samuel, Agapito and Sergio did a wonderful job. The job was really hard. It included removing an old water heater from a small cabinet under the stairs and placing a new heater which was taller. I am very grateful for their job."

"I had called several plumbers for a problem with a Tankless Water heater and Plotke folks were really helpful.  Turned out I live outside of their service area, but the gentleman helped me troubleshoot anyway.  For example, he would look up an error code for my particular unit while I ran some tests, and talked me through and gave me information for good 15 minutes.  It really was too bad I wasn't able to go with them.
Prior to calling them up, I had set up an appointment with a competitor who was quite sales oriented and slick.  After speaking with Plotke, and I decide to go with my instinct and cancel the appointment with the first company that felt too pushy.  I made a new appointment with another plumbing company who is in my area and was recommended by Plotke.
