Melissa worked with me on financing options & walked me through the whole process, even speaking with my son after hours to exlplain the process. They scheduled My roof quickly and the whole team was courteous and professional. Roland himself even came by to check on the roof. He was always very responsive throughout the repair, His father, a master roofer, and his partner showed up right on time and they finished the job when they said they would. "he came and looked at the roof and did not find a problem with it. But he did find a large pile of leaves behind the chimney and around the supports for the conduit from my solar panels. He said that that all the piles of leaves may have blocked the water from flowing down and that it then ran to the side and got under the tiles from the sided which caused the leak. He also went beyond looking at the roof and used a leave blower and his hands to clean off the roof and blow out my gutters. After doing all this he said that if this was not the problem call him and he would come back & find and fix the cause. All this for no charge! I would highly recommend Rattler Roofing and General Contracting LLC"
