"Replace the roof on both my house and garage. We remove the old shingle roof, repaired the plywood and installed a new presidential shingle."

"Very professional company to work with. Was having leaks over the years after multiple handy man repairs, but those usually dont last especially after the hurricane we just had. When it was time to re-roof, I came across Clear View. Communication was excellent. There was not a single time someone didnt answer my call or call me back ASAP to answer any questions I may have had. Their price was right in line with the other estimates I had received, so it really came down to who can provide me with the most trustworthy work. They were on top of the project from start to finish, and completed the job exactly when they projected. Ive already recommended them to my neighbors and family members, Overall, I would work with them in the future. Definitely"

"I got an estimate and accepted 10/07/2019. Roof was not leaking, but was 25 years old and needed to be replaced. Job started 1/31/2020. Roof is composite single and flat with white modified bitumen. Two 18" dormer vents were added to the single roof. Work was completed 2/7/2020. all trash and debris wa removed and area was left clean.I wa pleased with the result"

"Alex and the whole team were great. The operation was really efficient, with high quality craftsmanship - and they made sure that we had a new roof in time for the rain. I really couldn't recommend them highly enough."

"Hiring them for my flat roof replacement was a total win. They were so on the ball, always there when I needed them. And let me tell you, their crew? Top-notch. They didn't just replace my roof; they gave me peace of mind. Now, I've got a roof I can trust, thanks to you guys!"

"Clean up and gutter system and roof maintenance"

"Poor communication from the installation crews No announcement of arrivals or departures. The last crew was on the roof for half an hour to install a roof vent and left without explanation or having installed the vent. Salesperson Robert S. was helpful in resolving installation concerns. We need better notifications on crew schedules and subcontractor delivery schedules."

"I had an amazing experience with this roofing company. They handled my flat roof project with so much professionalism and care. The crew arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the work quickly without cutting corners. The quality of the materials and workmanship is outstanding. My roof looks perfect and I feel confident knowing it was done right. The price was fair and the whole process was stress free. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a flat roof replaced or repaired."

"Because I needed only a repair after a tree limb damaged the roof, many roofers either would not bid or I would have to wait for any repair. Universal did the repairs over several days by sending over crews after they had finished a prior job. Worked out well."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with a fantastic roofing company, and I could not be more impressed with their service from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the entire process was seamless and professional. The team was punctual, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about their craft. They took the time to thoroughly explain the options available to me and helped me select the best materials for my home, all within my budget. The work was completed on time, and the crew worked efficiently without cutting any corners. My new roof looks great, and I feel confident knowing that it was installed by such a skilled team. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the cleanup after the job. They left my property looking spotless, and I never had to worry about debris or nails being left behind. Communication was excellent throughout the entire project, with regular updates and quick responses to any questions I had. I highly recommend this"
