"I got an estimate and accepted 10/07/2019. Roof was not leaking, but was 25 years old and needed to be replaced. Job started 1/31/2020. Roof is composite single and flat with white modified bitumen. Two 18" dormer vents were added to the single roof. Work was completed 2/7/2020. all trash and debris wa removed and area was left clean.I wa pleased with the result"

"August Roofing sent Daniel to meet with me to assess where the areas may be that were causing the leaks. Daniel took his time and really evaluated my entire roof to find where he felt the leaks were occurring. He even looked into my drop ceiling to find traces of a leak. Once he gave me the proposal, the workers who did the job were prompt, efficient and left no mess. I had to wait three months after the work to see if the leaks had been corrected as it was summer and we had no rain. After the first rain we found that the roof was totally fixed but we had a leak around a sky light. I called August Roofing to come back down to address this. They were back out within a week and patched around the sky light as needed. Although I will have to wait for the next rain to see if the patching worked, I have full confidence that if there is any leaking August Roofing will make it right. Everyone at this company, from the person who answers the phone, to the workers that do the job, are pleasant and professional. As a building owner, I am thrilled to have a great roofing company when needed. "West Roofing came to us on the strong recommendation of our neighbors who had used him for two different complex roofing jobs on older houses. Joe gave us a fast turn around and started work within days after we signed our contract. His communication with clients excellent. West Roofing came exactly when they said they would. They used laser leveling to repair sags and restore the slope and the rotted sub-roof as well as added a very needed additional drain. They installed all new scuppers and flashing as well. The crew worked tirelessly through a heatwave and completed the job on time. They were conscientious, pleasant and always gracious. I'm not sure you could really ask for anything more. Joe followed up with us to make sure that everything met our expectations and provided us with everything we need to get our LADWP Cool Roof program rebate. So far we have recommended West Roofing to two of our friends."
