"Robert came out and repaired our sprinkler system. I was not sure he would be able to, as the system was old and had not run in probably 10 years. Robert recognized the system immediately and was able to trouble shoot all the issues with the system. I was initially concerned what the final bill would be, as he charges an hourly rate. He had to leave briefly for a part, but did not count this into the time we were charged. He worked efficiently and was able to complete the entire job the same day. The project came in under budget. Robert communicated with us well throughout the project. This was particularly important because there were many issues that needed to be addressed and fixed. There were wiring issues with the system, the master board did not work, various components of the sprinkler heads were broken, and there was even a leak at part of the system. Robert systematically worked through each issue. We are very pleased with the entire experience! Robert took the time to show my husband how to program the new control panel and trouble shoot in the future.

"Excellent Customer Service from Ruth. I had a broken water pipe in my sprinkler system. Ruth asked if the water had been turned off, and if not, she would see if there was a tech available to shut off the sprinkler system. A tech was available by the name of Juan. He was very professional and started working on the problem right away. I stayed outside with him to see if I could be of assistance. I'm just like that. Well, we found the broken pipe had been infiltrated by a large tree root. Juan, along with his son and I, managed to cut that large root and several others around and near the pipe. Within two hours the problem was solved. I really appreciated the quick response and professionalism by Ruth, Juan and his son. The price was also reasonable for the work performed. Thanks again. We reset for following week, did some research about the issues and together narrowed them to two likely issues. "I had an issue with my sprinkler system where I kept getting a fault on the Master Valve. I have used Tri County Sprinklers for over 10 years now and I am glad I called them again. Andrew was the tech that came out to do the work. Master Valve can be a scary one because I have heard nightmares in the neighborhood of cost to replace. I watched Andrew troubleshoot my system and find that it was only a bad solenoid. After replacing the bad solenoid and a couple of test runs I was back to watering my yard again. He also found a couple of things that needed some attention and adjustment. Things that you or I wouldn't look for when the sprinkler system is running. Here is what I can tell you about the last 10 plus years of dealing with Tri County. I have never been overcharged, over sold, or felt scammed. They are always professional and punctual. If they are running late they give you a courtesy call. Scheduling and bill payment is a breeze as well. Their lead time is long, but so is everyone else in the sprinkler business in San Antonio. Do yourself a favor and don't ask the landscaper down the road if he can fix your system, or try to find someone to get there the following day.
