"Eric and one worker arrived shortly after appointed time window. First, <br /> the two slabs turned out to be connected and were actually one large <br /> slab. When the two of them could not lift the slab but only move it <br /> slightly, they called another worker to try to help; otherwise they <br /> would have to remove the slabs and pour new concrete. With the <br /> additional help of the third person, with great difficulty they were <br /> able to lift the slab enough to wedge in supporting material and  <br /> reverse the tilt of the sidewalk also raising the slab enough to correct <br /> a tripping hazard at one end of the slab. While we would have liked to <br /> see the slab lifted a little more than they were able to raise it, they <br /> were able to accomplish our goal of reversing the flow of water runoff <br /> and  improving the situation overall. The patching they did in the <br /> garage floor also corrected both of those areas very satisfactorily. I <br /> felt Eric and his workers did everything they could with the sidewalk <br /> slabs and raised them as far as they were capable of doing so. They <br /> cleaned up their work areas well, replacing decorative rock that had <br /> been disturbed and even taking time to replant some flowers that were in <br /> their way and had to be removed! <br />"

"My driveway was very discolored with some pock marks, and it was detrimental to the appearance of my home.  Based on other reviews and pictures, I decided to resurface the concrete with an epoxy stone coating.  Gary Meyer of ESI was very responsive to my request and came out to examine my property.  He explained the whole process to me.  He also arranged for mudjacking for my walkway and driveway to prepare for the project.  The work was completed in a professional and timely manner, and there was no mess left behind.  The finished product was gorgeous.  My family, friends and neighbors couldn't believe how good it looks.  I have received many compliments, and it has greatly improved the overall curb appeal of my property.  I would highly recommend ESI. "

"All done in less than 2.5 days! Started on the day scheduled - no delays. First day tearing out prior driveway and patio - placing dirt, gravel, rebar and forms. Day two concrete poured and installation of French drain along driveway to help with drainage as I am located at bottom of subdivision hill. Day 3 morning - removing forms filling in dirt around the edges of new patio / driveway. Also put area of cyclone fence & gate that had to be moved to access the backyard back in place before they left. Very careful not to damage with their heavy equipment my underground sump pump and underground downspout drainage pipes and pop up discharge. Left no trash or mess behind. Looks beautiful. They provided the requested lien waiver after work was completed."
