"It was kind of pricey for just the drain unclogging, but he got it clear."

"My basement sink overflowed and the sink was very slow to drain. I called Zoom and they were able to come out the same day. Sean, my technician, worked on clearing my drain for about an hour and was able to clear it."

"I hired them to unclog a toilet. Got a next day appointment. Patrick was helpful and courteous in scheduling and quoting the job. Justin came early and asked questions to understand the problem and what I had already tried to clear the drain. Within 15 minutes he had the drain running. Good service at a good price. I would use them again."

"These guys were great... I had a gas leak and they came and walked me through it all! Thank you!"

"I had a shower drain line that was leveled and too small. You could see the plumbing underneath the bathroom from the drop ceiling in the laundry room. I called multiple plumbers and they all told me that I needed a new bathroom. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to do that because all the estimates came in at 15K. Not practical at all! I called plumber after plumbing and pretty much all of them couldn’t help and or blew me off. I finally found Valdel Plumbing and Steve came out to my house. Right away, this specialist told me that he was able to reroute my tub drain line above my drop ceiling below to the sewage line. He did an unbelievable job and I would HIGHLY recommend asking for him. He saved me literally thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars. Thank you, Steve. FIVE stars."

"Efficient, KIND, clean, thorough. Good experience."

"The first guy tried everything to get my clog clear. The clog was completely my fault, and he did everything he could to clear it at the best price point possible. When we had to go to more extreme measures, that second guy was able to get the clog clear, and they billed me very fairly for what they had to do for me. I am very great full to them. Very professional, and left everything clean upon leaving! I would definitely get them again."
