"Erick came to the house to fix a Japanese "tansu" which is like a chest of drawers made out of wood....it had sentimental value for us.  A dog had chewed the corner and there were other gouges and nicks all.  He fixed everything and it looks great. You can't tell at all.  Also, he repaired some worn spots on our kitchen cabinets and also filled a dent in our coffee table. They have held up pretty well over the years, however. The technician was very professional and efficient. I do not remember having any scheduling issues."
