Doug was the estimator that I dealt with, he came out and walked me through the process and showed me the structural issues we had to deal with due to a bump-out above our garage. He was very thorough and I was impressed with how he handled things. Most other people I had met with seemed to not want to bother with the job or told me I needed a structural engineer to solve the bump-out issue. LONG FENCE was able to work with our 203K Lender and our HOA which also impressed me. Once we got HOA approval and the permits taken care of they started work within 10 days or so. The work took about a week or so, partially due to the weather.  <br />  The guys on the job were a little bit messy initially, a few nails here and there, but they also helped me carry a couch in the house, so I can't quibble too much.
