"This review is long overdue. Sterling has gone above and beyond to help me multiple times when I was in a panic. As a young, female homeowner without a lot of handy people in my life, I cannot thank him enough for his work and expertise at a reasonable price. He reached out to me within minutes one night after I frantically submitted my info on Home Advisor. The next morning, he came to my home, fixed the mainline drain clog, and also identified the underlying problemâ  a broken sewer line. This was something a different plumber had previously overlooked. The city was responsible and ultimately fixed the sewer line a month later. The first rain after DPWâ  s sewer line repair, the night of NYE, my basement massively flooded with 6â  of rain water. Sterling answer my panicked phone call and advised me of what to do. Turns out storm water was flooding through the cityâ  s excavation. I donâ  t know what I would have done without his help!"

They replaced a clogged terra cotta sewer line and a partial terra cotta storm drain which had previously been connected to the old sewer line. In addition, while the driveway was torn up, we decided to replace the old copper water line even though that line was OK at the time. Then, they repaved the cut-up portion of the asphalt driveway. When the Baltimore County sewer people came to complete their clean out of the few feet near the County sewer line, the County crew said to us that BFMD always does a good job. "Ensor has received a lot of hate here but we had the exact opposite experience. Our main sewer line clogged late on a Thursday night. Jason came and was extremely thorough. He was clean, really respectful of our house, explained everything he was doing and why (I ask a lot of questions), and on and on. Ensor explained all of their charges ahead of time, including the emergency/late night fee. So no surprises at all from that perspective. A definite go-to when we need service again."

"We would Highly Recommend A & C Plumbing.They did an extraordinary job and really went the extra mile for us. We had to replace our main service line. And they were able to come the day after the estimate to do the work, and get the proper permits, which was great since we didn't have any water. They spent the entire day getting a monster of a job done, in the scorching heat. There was a hand dug trench 3ft deep 6 ft across for the main service line, replaced the ancient galvanized main service line, and a whole new up to code system installed inside. So, they go to tie the house into the city line and there's a leak on the city side too. They called it in to DPW and finish their part, and we had water (we hadn't for over 2 days at that point). A & C gave us the DPW work order number and we all think it's going to get taken care of, right.....ð ¤ For the next 2 weeks DPW says they are investigating and to be patient. Then they tell us it's our fault and the leak is on our side, which we knew wasn't correct, and  contacted A & C. We called DPW, A& C called DPW, we emailed, and A &C emailed. We finally got an inspector to really investigate, then DPW came to fix it, twice, after first visit we had no water. Anthony came to the second DPW service call to talk to the crew, supervisor and inspector, to make sure everything was ok and to see if they had any questions for him, then he went to his other job site. When DPW tied the house back to the water main they had clogged the line (working in an open muddy pit) and told me to call the plumber. I called Anthony (A &C), informed him of everything going on. When he finished the job he was working he came back to the house, he cleared out the traps he just installed we Finally had Water! A & C Plumbing are a small local business that really stuck with us and helped us with a difficult time with the water company. Anthony came back when we really needed him to Personally talk with the DPW work crew, supervisors, and inspectors. Competitive rates, Quality work and a Warranty!"
