The first team member showed up just before 7:30 to start dismantling the old fence. By 8 AM, the rest of the team was hard at work. "Mark's team of three did the entire job in under 2 days. Heavy duty white PVC pipe was run in an L-shape over half the perimeter of the house. Grading helped moved water "downhill". They dug a trench about 60 feet with 3 mini French drains (?) and buried the pipe with outflow at the front edge of my property as it meets the street. Crew was very thorough, neat and professional. Seems to be working fine although no torrential storms to fully test the worst case. Has given me lots of peace of mind. Wish I had a way to keep the leaves from accumulating at the outflow opening though."
