Jim (the salesman) was very easy to work with and accommodated all of our design choices. We found particular latches and handles that we wanted to use, and they agreed to install them for us. The contract process was quick and straightforward. After about six weeks, they were ready to install the fence. They sent out two crews at the same time, plus the owner Steve, who worked alongside them. With seven people working, they managed to finish the entire job in just one day! Our old wood fence was completely removed in about 15 minutes, and then they meticulously installed the new fence, setting all the posts into wet concrete and making sure all the sections were straight. At the end of the long day, when one of the locking gate latches wasn’t working right, Steve patiently worked on it until eventually we realized the part was defective, so he replaced it with a working one. A certain kind of handle had to be ordered, and as soon as it came in, he came back to install it. The fence materials are extremely high quality—the vinyl feels very thick and sturdy, unlike the kind sold at the home improvement stores. And the new fence has completely transformed the look of our property—we’ve already had several compliments from neighbors. "The team Fence & Deck sent to install a fence in my backyard—an area measuring about 1/6th of an acre—were quick, efficient, and friendly. The first team member showed up just before 7:30 to start dismantling the old fence. By 8 AM, the rest of the team was hard at work. It was a quieter process than I thought, to be honest—which was great, as my neighbors work from home. They were finished by 2 PM; had cleaned up, packed up the old fence and their equipment and were gone. "I'll start this review by saying that to me, the "end result" is what counts most.  And Neale and his company produced exactly the custom look security fence I had envisioned.  This was a bit of an unusual request, because even though many people have iron bars welded over their A/C units for security, I needed two large, expensive (side by side) heat pumps protected.  Also, I felt a "security fence" would look better than just metal bars.  So here was my experience: After 1st calling and getting leaving a message with an assistant, it did take a few days but Neale called me back to set up an appointment to give an estimate.  He arrived right on time, took a look at the situation, and after a few minutes of brainstorming we were on exactly the same page in terms of design - and I liked how he sketched it out.  I also felt his quote was very reasonable (his was the 3rd estimate I had gotten).  And I don't know, there was just something about Neale, I could tell he had a *passion* for security fencing and "keeping crooks out" so to speak.  After getting my estimate in writing via email later that day, I put down my (1/3) deposit.  About a week later, after fabricating much of the fence in his shop, Neale and his team arrived and got to work fast.  I took them 2 days total, which was fine (day #1 they installed the fence posts and the concrete needed to set overnight).  Day# was most of the assembly,  welding and the paint job. Now, about 2 weeks later, I am extremely happy with the final result.  Very secure, and very sharp looking!  Even the gloss black paint job is very nice.  My neighbors have made several admiring comments over the past week also.  The only thing I could fault, if anything, would be if speed - is critical too you.Baltimore Wrought does seem like a busy company so don't be surprised if there is a week or so delay / backlog.  Also, they do prefer cash payment vs credit card.  (I did my deposit on credit card and paid the final 2/3 cash).  But  these minimal factors were not a big deal for me, because *high quality* work and to a lesser extent, total price, were all I really cared about - and these guys definitely delivered on both!

"Mark's team of three did the entire job in under 2 days. Heavy duty white PVC pipe was run in an L-shape over half the perimeter of the house. Grading helped moved water "downhill". They dug a trench about 60 feet with 3 mini French drains (?) and buried the pipe with outflow at the front edge of my property as it meets the street. Crew was very thorough, neat and professional. Seems to be working fine although no torrential storms to fully test the worst case. Has given me lots of peace of mind. Wish I had a way to keep the leaves from accumulating at the outflow opening though."
