The crew did an excellent job installing the shingles and cleaning up the area. The next day, my gutters were installed also by HCR. They got sheet metal and bended to the length they need. I got the massive 6 inch gutters. This was a game changer for my roofing system. The gutters were installed in the afternoon and 1 hour after installation, it poured down really hard. I watched the gutters and water came down smoothly compared to before where it will just overflow. I compared it to my neighbor’s 4 inch gutters and water was just over flowing out the gutters. "Excellent! The supplies arrived the day before the installation and were placed where I wanted them in the driveway. The 5-person team arrived the next morning as scheduled and 8 hours later I had a new roof. The team was very professional and knew what they were doing. The after-install cleanup was very thorough. A quality control person showed up mid-afternoon to check on their progress and my satisfaction with the install up to that point. I was very happy with the entire process from the initial contact to the completion of the work."
