"Flavio did a very nice job installing tile for the floor and shower enclosure in an attic bathroom. He is a hard worker and a really nice guy. I would definitely rehire Flavio for future projects."

"They were great. We are very happy with how everything turned out!"

"They replaced some tile flooring with beautiful new laminate. It looks amazing. Love their work. Will certainly use them for all my household needs. Highly recommend."

"We recommend Carlos Real and his company, “Real Painting and Home Improvement”, without reservation for painting and home renovation projects. They do superior work for a reasonable price. Carlos is wonderful to work with. He develops a very realistic schedule and sticks to it. He is communicative, takes time to understand the needs of the homeowner, ensures that his crew is punctual and oversees the quality of their labors. The crew are polite, neat and very competent at their respective jobs. Last year we had “Real Painting” paint the exterior of our house. They were efficient, prompt and did an excellent job on our house and deck. We were so impressed that we hired them this year to renovate our guest bathroom. This consisted of tiling the tub area, putting on the fixtures, installing a vanity and toilet, and tiling the floor. We couldn’t be happier with the result! Thank you Real Painting and Home Improvement!"

"I say bathroom remodels in the description slot because Chris has done all three bathrooms in our condo. We loved working with Chris. Not only is he very talented and his work top notch, he is also a great communicator offering excellent suggestions when talking about design. He understood the look we were after and definitely delivered beyond our expectations. We were amazed at how efficient he and his assistant were too. These bathrooms were totally remodeled with lots of tile work on top of everything else. Each one was finished within a week. They were very considerate of their environment too, always cleaning up after themselves before they left for the day. I highly recommend Chris for any project you might have in your home. Offering fair pricing, he is a master at his craft with a refreshing honesty and can do attitude. That’s a winning combination!"

"This company was amazing to deal with. From start to finish they were extremely detailed , informative and professional. I would 100% recommend them and would hire them again in the future."

"I recently hired LionHeart Finish Carpentry for a bathroom remodel, and I honestly couldn?t be happier with the results. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, respectful, and paid close attention to every detail. The quality of the work truly surprised me ? the bathroom came out even better than I expected. Everything looks clean, modern, and very well finished. They communicated well throughout the project and made sure everything was done the right way. It?s hard to find contractors who combine quality, professionalism, and reliability like this. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for remodeling or finish carpentry work."

"Plumbing work went very well. But we asked to re-silicone our shower unit and the door hardware was damaged in the process. It was action above expectations so we're not complaining, but we paid for it and are still awaiting replacement hardware to use the shower. Other than that, the work was done professionally and cheerfully. Other than the shower issue, the work was a 5."
