"James and his team were professional, kind, and responsive from the first moment we spoke. He really listened as we described what we were hoping for re: spring cleanup, edging, mulching, support for planting and pruning & mowing. I felt heard and not pressured into doing or spending anything I didn’t want to. And then when the team arrived, they were polite and careful and thoughtful and efficient! I’ve spent every day since they came walking my property like a lord surveying his manor, gleefully watching everything beginning to sprout through the fresh mulch without a dropped leaf or twig in sight! (After a winter that left us with so many downed limbs and branches). They tackled a series of strangling vines that had really affected our forsythia, and now it is exploding for spring! I can’t recommend James and his team enough. Courteous, professional and authentic. He’s a keeper for us now! 10/10 would definitely recommend "
