"Amazing, is all I can say. They got back to me immediately with a bid. One week later they were out tearing off the old roof, repairing all the damaged wood and leaks. Putting on a new beautiful roof all in less than 2 days. They were so considerate about all my yard decorations and covered all plants and shrubs. The clean-up was fabulous all around my house and surrounding neighbors yards. Not a speck of material was left anywhere on the yard. I would highly recommend this roofing company and it's workers. Excellent workmanship from start to finish."

"I recommend Roofs by Rodgers very highly!! When we had the roof put on in 2020 we also had them build an over hang on the front porch, they did an excellent job and good clean up too. Took about 2 days on the roof but then they had to come back to finish the gutters. Called them on Tuesday the 17, 2026 because on of the S-curve down spout had come loose, she said they would send someone out on Wednesday, but then they had someone in the area so they came fixed the down spout cleaned off the gutters and cleaned off the roof as well. We just don't have a tall enough ladder or can't afford one so that was a Great help to us. Thanks Roofs by Rodgers!! "

"Cord went above and beyond. His work is quality from some maintenance he did for me last year (other professionals have been on the roof and complimented his work). Never once did I feel he was trying to “sell” me anything. He actually told me what NOT to pay for if anyone were to tell me I needed it (unnecessary updates). Today, he took care of a few nails free of charge. He went out of his way to explain how to fix and maintenance some completely not roof related things throughout my home to help remedy my issue - crawl space, storm door, etc. in hopes that I could do it myself to save money instead of hiring someone. After almost an hour of his time, much of it spent educating me and answering my random questions, he didn’t charge me a dime. A genuinely good, trustworthy person."

Even though it was not called for in the contract, they replaced the old drip edge with a new one that matched the color of our gutters and trim, while the old one did not. "The service I received from Promax Construction was absolutely FANTASTIC! I had a rotted fascia board on the south side of the house that was in dire need of repair and Promax was the only company that I could find in Decatur who were actually willing to come out and get the job done. After calling to set up an appointment, John showed up exactly when scheduled, gave me an estimate and I agreed to it on the spot. His price was fair, so I signed the contract and he said he'd send out his guys as soon as he could. The Promax crew showed up roughly two weeks later and immediately got to work. The first crew of guys (sorry I didn't catch their names or I'd credit them here) pulled down the old board and cut and installed the new piece perfectly. It was exactly what I wanted. After that, John had Shane come out to do some finishing work on the roof and chimney and now everything looks fantastic! I am extremely GRATEFUL to Promax Construction for doing this job for me when nobody else would and the next time I need more work done on the house, I will definitely be calling Promax Construction FIRST.
