"After talking to a few other contractors, we decided to hire Kodiak to gut and remodel our kitchen. Working with Mike, Jared, and Ryan couldn't have been a better experience for this generally confused and anxious home owner who'd never hired out for something like this before. Mike was great on the business side, and stuck to what he said, and was very direct and upfront about what was and wasn't feasible, and he and Rob from Cabinet Land put together a great looking floor plan that works much better for us. Jared and Ryan were on time every day, bright eyed, bushy tailed, and ready to go without complaint or excuse. They were very easy to discuss the project with, and were quick to ask questions instead of assuming. They were also very gracious in letting me; the curious, interested, and probably at times obnoxious homeowner be curious, interested, and at times, probably obnoxious. Jared also installed ridge vents in my attic, and a new back storm door. All that being said, I couldn't be happier with Kodiak and their work, and will definitely hire them for future projects."

"Mr. Reynolds came out the SAME DAY that I called, a Saturday.  It was a day of heavy rain and flooding (and therefore the leaks in the roof revealed themselves).  He had to drive far out of his way to get to me because of the flooding in his rural area, but he made it.  I was very grateful because my home was on the market, and I was fretting over the time and cost of roof repairs.  Mr. Reynolds checked out the roof and gave me a reasonable estimate that day; he honored the Angie's List coupon I had.  
I owned half a duplex, and he looked at my neighbors' side as well.  Their side also had soil pipes that needed to be replaced.  The neighbors half was also on the market.  Mr. Reynolds felt an inspector would cite the need for repairs.  I was able to let my neighbor know of the situation so he could check for leaks and not have an unpleasant surprise in his house during showings.
The repairs were completed a few days later.  PSR made the extremely inconvenient and untimely situation as painless as possible.

"They are WONDERFUL. From start to finish, Zach and his guys were wonderful. We signed the contract in late fall of 2017. They came out this week and were finished in a day in a half. We have a large roof with high peaks, several valleys, and two places it's very steep. They had a huge crew, each doing something different. They worked well together and worked efficiently. I'm not kidding when I say, our yard is cleaner now than when they started and the roof looks WONDERFUL. I cannot tell you how happy Brad and I are. The entire crew was very conscientious and they absolutely pay attention to detail. I was impressed that the foreman showed up before 7:00 am and introduced himself. The second foreman showed up a few minutes later and did the same. All the guys were friendly and professional and they absolutely knew what they were doing. "Timeline was delayed a little as this work involved an insurance claim. But Chris Sabin of WateROOFessional was there all the way and helped coordinate. The roof was completed last week. Looks great. 2 story house with a couple hard to access spots and a detached garage. Used proper materials in different areas. Repaired/replaced things as necessary and appropriate including 2 remote controlled skylights. Even painted the vent stacks. All in all, good quality and workmanship.
