"Mad City had to come out 5 times. They didn't get the right base size for a new shower. We had to without a shower for almost 3 months. When they finally completed the job, it was great. It simply took them too long to get it done right."

"removing tub and tile did damage to ceiling - they did not repair it. Salesman suggest an oversized soap tray which would not fit anywhere. Their product is WAY over priced. I would not recommend this company."

Then they sent us Jake and he did a marvelous job and we loved the way he did all of the work. You need to have more installers with Jakes skills and you will have a very successful business. Because of the unskilled first crew and having to remove their work the job took almost two weeks"

"I contracted to have a bathroom remodeled including fixing a soft spot on the floor, removing the existing walk-in shower and replacing. They were also to REPLACE the bathroom ceiling that had a mildew situation. Turns out the entire floor needed to be replaced, which I agreed to, to make sure it was done right, the shower was replaced and I was very happy with the shower installation. The ceiling was NOT replaced per the contract. A drywall was just placed over the existing mildewed ceiling. This saved them a substantial amount of labor and they were charged extra for the flooring. The people were all incredibly nice and loved the installer, but communication between sales and the actual workers must be sorely lacking. The new floor creeks every time you walk on it. Overall not happy, and would not recommend it. They also do not present a completed remodel, only paint-ready so you have to do this yourself or hire someone else."
