"Mr. Woody was very prompt and knowledgeable about how to do the different kinds of repair needed. The work was excellent, and he was very courteous and friendly, and accommodating to our schedule. They even cleaned up some debris that were in a work area, but unrelated to the work they were doing. I think it was an excellent value for the difficulty of the location for the major repairs. I also requested an estimate for some other foundation work, and because I am happy with the job he did, I am going to have him come back and do the additional work."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Two guys performed the work.  They cleaned the chimney flue and inspected the chimney crown and the inside of the fireplace inside the house.  They provided an estimate for repairs to the crown.  We did not have them perform the repairs because we thought the cost was high at that time.

"Paul called me back the very same day I sent an e-mail. They were out to my location the very next day to take measurements. The communication was excellent. Everything had to be replaced to meet the current requirements of the homeowner's association where I live (specific light fixture models/colors only, shed door must now be metal instead of wood, only certain types/colors of storm doors approved, etc.) and I gave them the HOA guide with pictures of approved items and they went from that and shopped for the best materials, calling me with price options as they found things that would work. Jim came out and did the actual installation, did a beautiful job with everything and matched everything exactly to the requirements I gave them. The work was done very quickly - even though two of the items were custom orders, and I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the reasonable cost. I will definitely use them for future projects both inside and outside."
