"Bill did the work; he took his time and pre-treated everything. After the sidewalks were pressure washed Bill re-treated the sidewalk again to ****** the return of any mold/mildew. Before cleaning, the sidewalk was just about black; after cleaning, the sidewalk were almost white! The garage is clad with vinyl siding and was covered with green mold (it sits next to a small creek). After Bill finished cleaning it, I was stunned - the siding was so clean it looked new! "Meadow Exteriors did a bang up job on both counts. My gutters and downspouts were packed with roofing dust. He had to take my downspouts apart and dig the gunk out. I mentioned how badly my basement flooded so he took a look and suggested waterproofing the walls. The price was reasonable, and he flat knocked it out in a hurry. I have not had a leak since, and my area has had a lot of rain to prove it worked.
