"I downsized to a condo that was very tired when I bought it. It needed a complete overhaul and I had no idea of where to start. I met with Teang and she asked me lots of questions and showed me many concepts and was happy to work with me even though I really had no idea of what I wanted or my budget for the project. The only guidance I could give was I wanted a place that felt like home. I need to see something with my eyes to know if I will like it or not. I have a hard time to visualize what something is going to look like from a sketch or description. Teang had many ideas for different areas of my home from structure to colors and materials and I had to just trust that she knew what she was doing. But in every case I loved the end result and it was better than I could have hoped for. Teang was willing to work with me in the way I wanted to do the project. I wanted to use a contractor that I had used in many projects in the past for some of the work and I wanted to do some of the work myself. And she supplied the contractors for the more complicated tasks. It all ran smoothly. I look forward to working with her on the last phase as we remodel the bedrooms. I highly recommend her for any design and build project."

I went from despising decorating to laughing and enjoying it with the help of Colette. She is lighthearted, not pushy and takes pride in her work. "Designer: Sharon Fielhauser met with my wife and went over the ins and outs of her ideal dream closet system. My wife met with her after researching two other options. Ikea Closet System and Container Store Closet system. Hence this review we went with Closets byDesign. Yes they are a little more but everything is custom designed for and your needs and installation is added in the cost. There is nothing wrong with the other companies but Closets byDesign one our business. The wait time I think was 6 weeks or so from design to installation. Installer/Builder: Izac showed up what I would have called lunch time but he called work time. (around 11:00 AM on a week day) Izac never stopped for the three hours at all walking in and out of the house as he had to cut and fabricate outside and install inside our primary. We offered him lunch and he said he was good. But he worked really hard and deserved a break. Izac was a one man team and went over every detail with my wife he had any concerns. For example he offer to have a set of drawers even with the wall or line up with the window. Izac made little to no mess and as indicatied in CBD policy all i had to do as a home owner was fix the holes in the wall from the previous closet and paint if we so wished. but honestly most of the holes was coved by the new system. We have discussed hiring Closets byDesign for other works and would recommend you do the same."

The bigger and clearer the picture the better the drawing. I will start an initial sketch right away and take pictures of it and show it to you. Please email them quickly if possible, because the holidays are coming and I get busy. Once the initial sketch is done. I usually take something down on it. It's a lot of work doing the initial sketch. This varies on the cost of the drawing which we will discuss right away. \n Drawings are usually 175 for 9x12's \n 225 for 11x14's \n 275 for 14x17's \n After this process is done I continue with your art piece sending you photos on line all the way through which many people find a lot of fun. I am also friends on Facebook with almost every person I've ever drawn for as well and would like to be your friend as well if you would like that. I post them on FB at your discretion. It makes me way more legit to people as well. \n The Prices vary with the art because of the size of the drawing as well as the number of faces. The number of faces DOES NOT double the cost.
