We were not so blessed with the dreaded tree roots in the pipes and water puddling up in the basement. A call to Shelby Mechanical plumbing with the hopes it wouldn’t be to big a job, oh famous last words! Technician Kyle John’s was the first dispatched and after hours and multiple snakes sent on a mulching mission he had gotten us better but not out of the woods. It was ultimately decided a hydro jet treatment was needed or next step would be digging and replacing pipes. Calling in Technician Paul Tabb with the hydro jet and a whole lot of hard work, determination, and dedication to providing a top notice service we are back in business! They provided a reasonable estimate and were back out within two days to complete the work. Mark did an outstanding job; he was punctual, polite and professional, and, as the photo attests, takes pride in doing neat work. "I had called Pipey when I had an emergency leak under my sink. I got a call immediately within minutes and they gave me an appointment. I got a text that my appointment was confirmed. The team of two came in, they were very courteous and respectful. Since we don’t like have anyone wear shoes in our home they took them out and performed the work quickly and cleanly. Didn’t leave any trash behind for us. While they were there, I asked them to check a couple of additional things and they gave on the spot estimates. Work was clean overall and price was reasonable. "We had some sewage back up into our basement sink on a Saturday morning. I called Clog Busters based on their Angie’s List reviews. They didn’t have a crew available on the weekend, but were available on the following Monday. The crew did a great job explaining the problem and finding a solution for me. Great customer service and they earned their money working in some frigid and snowy weather. I hope to never have another sewer backup, but if I do, I will call Clog Busters."

"I had several companies come to our house and help us figure out how to fix water leaking into our basement (nearly every time it rained). All 3 companies told me that we needed an interior drain system, with a variation on the type/cost. 4-Ever Water-Tite's bid was in the middle. What I liked best was how they were very familiar with my city (knew the inspector, mentioned other projects in the area, etc.). They also didn't try to get me to install stuff I didn't need, like a sump pump (another company stated we had to put one in but Bob told us it wasn't necessary for our city's drainage system). 
We paid a deposit and they came to do the project less than a week later. The project took 1 and 1/2 days (due to city inspection). We had one snafu during the project (water line broke and water gushed into my basement - which wasn't their fault at all) and they handled it incredibly well with no damage or additional cost to us. 
After they were done, we had a contractor come in several days later to replace the drywall that was taken out to install the drainage system. The contractor had no affiliation with 4-Every Water-Tite and he told us that they did an excellent job and "treated our house like it was their own."

"Jeff responded in a timely manor initially. Then he rescheduled. When he was at my home he made a lot of comments that confused me and seemed unnecessary, then he revoked them. He had a hard time keeping track of what I was asking for him to do, resulting in us going in and out of the house and back and forth. I had a bad feeling about the arrangement. He said he'd get in touch with me with a quote the next day and I never heard from him. Talking to him he seemed preoccupied and busy, so he probably forgot. With anyone else I would reach out to follow up for the quote, but I was not at all impressed with his professionalism."
